Weekly cleaning by the internal staff of the Property is mandatory for all stays exceeding 7 nights and is charged to the Guests at the cost of Euro 65.00 for apartments with one bedroom and Euro 85.00 for apartments with two bedrooms, which will be charged to the account of the respective apartment. The cleaning will also include the kitchenette (no pots or pans) with a change of linen, and the aforementioned cost will be charged to the apartment account.
Every request for a copy of the keys to access the apartment after the first one will be subject to the payment of a deposit of Euro 30,00 per key.
It is absolutely prohibited to hire external people for the cleaning of the apartments.
The presence of pets must be communicated during the booking phase and specially authorized by the Management.
Residence Rules and Regulations
This regulation of the Residences “Le Axidie” has a contractual nature and aims to ensure a peaceful and orderly stay within the tourist complex
By subscribing to this Regulation, the Guests declare to know and accept, as they actually know and accept, the individual regulatory clauses reported below, compliance with which is bound and subordinate to their stay inside the accommodation facility.
The violation of even a single clause of this regulation entitles the company Le Axidie S.r.l. to immediately terminate the contract with the consequent obligation, for the Guests, to immediately vacate the apartment. In such a case, Le Axidie S.r.l. will be entitled to collect the entire amount agreed as compensation for the entire stay as originally agreed.

– Parking for n. 1 car per apartment, upon notification of the license number to the Management

– Use of sports facilities from 09:00 to 19:00, subject to reservation and availability.
Apartments with 2 bedrooms (for 4 people) if occupied by only 2 people, may accommodate up to a maximum of 2 additional people belonging to the same family unit at no additional cost.
For the stay of people outside the same family unit – relatives or friends – or for the stay of a fifth person in the same apartment, an additional cost of Euro 75.00 per person per night or Euro 350.00 per person per week is required; the stay of extra guests must be communicated and previously authorized by Le Axidie S.r.l.; unauthorized entry and overnight stay inside the apartment will result in immediate termination of the contract pursuant to art. 1426 of the Italian Civil Code.
The price for the baby cot rental is Euro 20,00 per day. For stays in apartments for more than a week will be applied a 50% discount.

– Rent of a baby cot: €20.00 per day (see Extra Guests section).
– Parking for a second car at a cost of Euro 5.00 per day upon communication of the license.
For all extra services not required, charged to the apartment account, a 15% discount will be applied at the end of the stay.
The apartment will be delivered clean, tidy and in good condition. Any observations should be reported to the Front Office in person within six hours from check-in. The kitchen area must be kept clean throughout the entire stay to avoid insect infestations. The final cleaning service does not include cleaning of the kitchen, equipment and utensils.
The Guest is required to dispose of the waste daily in compliance with the municipal regulations on separate waste collection. It is prohibited to make changes and alter the arrangement of the furniture. The client undertakes to return the apartment in the same condition as received. On the day before check-out, between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, an operator will verify the condition and cleanliness of the apartment.
In order to ensure a peaceful and quiet stay for all guests, please keep the volume of electronic equipment low, especially during afternoon and nighttime rest hours.
Pets are not allowed in the bathing establishment and the owner is responsible for monitoring their pet to ensure that they do not cause damage to people or property and must bring the necessary equipment for waste collection.
The apartment is equipped with a safe for the custody of valuables and money. The guest is required to verify the correct closure of it before leaving the apartment.
It is good safety practice to check that no household appliance is left on and to ensure that doors and windows are closed.
Le Axidie S.r.l is not liable for any theft and/or loss of valuables left unattended within the Hotel & Resort Le Axidie tourist complex.
Subletting is prohibited.
– Damages caused by Guests not properly registered towards people or objects within the Hotel & Resort Le Axidie tourist complex.
– Interruptions of services (utilities) due to reasons not attributable to the company.
